ARE YOU A NEW CUSTOMER?

New to ordering online at Rings4Wings.com?

The Rings4Wings.com webshop allows you to easily and without obligation view and order items. After choosing an article from our product range to order, click on the blue "add" button. 1 piece of the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You can change the quantity if desired. Clicking on an article gives you more information about the article, and allows you to view and enlarge the photos.

When finished with shopping, go to your shopping cart (top right of the site) to view its contents. You can then enter your contact details and choose a payment method: Bancontact, IDeal, PayPal, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, GiroPay, SOFORT Banking, or bank transfer.

After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped via Bpost. If an item is out of stock and the delivery time will be too long, you will be contacted by email or phone. When your order has been sent, at the end of the day you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code.

For questions about your order or the webshop, we are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at +32(0)11/683409. We are not available by telephone on weekends and public holidays!


CAN ALL PRODUCTS BE ORDERED ONLINE?

All products listed on the site can be delivered from our stock.


WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK?

If a product is not available for some reason, we will inform the customer by mail.

In order to limit the delivery time, we will propose an alternative product, which the customer may agree to.


DO YOU HAVE ALL ARTICLES IN STOCK, AND WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Most items are in stock. Delivery within Europe takes 2 to 4 business days for standard items. For personalised articles, delivery takes 8 to 10 days, or longer for overseas destinations.
If the item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you if this would result in an excessively long delivery time. We of course will do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.


DO YOU ALSO HAVE A SHOP? OR IS IT POSSIBLE TO VIEW THE ACTUAL ARTICLES?

Unfortunately not.


I PLACED AN ORDER AND HAVE PAID, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION MAIL.

There are a number of possibilities:
- You may have experienced a malfunction or received an error message during or after paying with a given payment method.
- Check the spam box of your email account; perhaps the email will be found there.
You may have made a mistake when entering your email address. You can check and/or change it by signing in to your account.

If the amount has been debited from your account, we received your order and payment.
If you hear nothing from us after 5 days, contact us at info@rings4wings.com or by phone at +32(0)11/683409.
It may be that your items are still in your shopping cart because your order was not properly completed. Leave your articles there so that we can complete the order for you.


I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE/THE WEB SITE NO LONGER RESPONDS. WHAT NOW?

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay in many different ways via www.rings4wings.com
You can immediately pay online using MisterCash (Belgium) or PayPal, but also Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, SofortBanking, IDeal (The Netherlands) or Giropay (Germany). All of these payment methods transfer your payment to us immediately and allow your order to be sent as quickly as possible.

Or you can use a bank transfer to pay. In this case, it may take longer before receiving your order since it can take 1 to 2 business days for the money to reach our account (depending on your bank and the country of payment).
You can choose the payment method before placing your order.

After choosing a payment method, click on "Place Order".
When your order has been finalised, you will automatically receive an email containing your order, order number and possibly bank details. This is also your proof that you have ordered from Rings4Wings.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In general, standard products will be shipped within 2 days of payment confirmation.

Items with personalised marking will be sent 8-10 days after ordering.

During holiday periods, orders can experience some delay in processing, which will result in longer delivery times. If this is the case, the customer will be clearly informed when placing the order.


MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be picked up.


HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I AM UNABLE TO BE AT HOME DURING THE DAY?

No problem. You have the option to have your order delivered to a different address. You can enter the address when you place your order. For example, you can enter a neighbour's address or that of your place of work.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in the mailbox with which you can pick up the package at the post office or pick-up location in your neighbourhood.


CAN PRODUCTS ALSO BE DELIVERED BY ORDINARY POST?

Unfortunately not. For us it is important that the shipping service is proportional to the quality of our products.

That is why we have chosen to send our packages only with a traceable service. This allows us to track the packages ourselves at any time if requested by the customer.

Thanks to this service, the customer is automatically notified by email when his package is being sent and will be delivered. This is not possible with regular mail.


MAY I RETURN AN ORDER?

We will only accept products in their original condition and original packaging.
These shipments must be sent, fully prepaid, to the above-mentioned address of Rings4Wings.com.

Products may be returned to the above address within 14 days of receipt.
Don't forget to mention your order number, or to include a copy of your order with the shipment.

Shipping costs for returns are for your expense.
Unless this is due to an error on the part of Rings4Wings.com *

In the case of insufficient prepayment of postage, additional costs will be charged. Upon receipt of your return shipment, the item's purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (generally within 5 business days).

* Rings4Wings.com will reimburse shipping costs only if they result from an error on the part of Rings4Wings.
Please contact us by email first, so that we are aware of your return shipment and the wrong article in question.
Once your package is received in good condition, the shipping fee will be refunded to your account.
We of course will only refund the standard shipping costs.


I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT IT CONTAINED A WRONG ARTICLE. WHAT NOW?

Mention your order number in or on the package, or include a copy of the order.

Please note: Please notify us by email if you receive an incorrect item. Indicate the article in question, and which article you received. If this was due to an error by Rings4Wings.com, the shipping fee for returns will be refunded. Of course the standard shipping method must be used.


MAY I CANCEL AN ORDER?

It is possible to cancel the order if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as quickly as possible.
